As school leaders, we found ourselves in school improvement. It was demeaning and lonely. We decided to tag team one another as trustmates, roll up our sleeves, and prove to the world what our students and teachers were made of and we did just that.
The proven systems we researched and implemented resulted in the report card grade at the middle level increasing two report card levels in one year and 3 report card grade levels at the elementary schools. This type of growth normally takes 3 to 5 years. Now we are helping other leaders through the Leadership Trustmate Institute experience the same success.

Since we know how much work it requires, we are even giving leaders, teachers and schools their flowers with our reward program.
